WHAT  IS  YOUR  RETURN  POLICY?

     We strive to make every customerís shopping experience at Altitude Headquarters easy and worry free.  It is very important that you are pleased with your purchase(s).  We want to do business with you for a long time.  We will take care of you in the same manner that confirms the wisdom of your decision to order from Altitude Headquarters.  You will come to trust and rely on us as we do business together.  Feel free to contact us concerning any purchases.  We appreciate your business and are willing to correct any mistakes.  All discrepancies for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise etc. must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the goods.  Claims will not be accepted after this time.  It is the customerís responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before wearing or washing items ordered.  Absolutely no returns will be accepted on damaged, worn, or washed items.  Shipping expenses will be the customerís responsibilities unless waived by Altitude Headquarters.  Please order correctly!

WHAT IS YOUR SECURITY POLICY?

     Credit cards can be done on line through PayPal which developed the worlds most advanced proprietary fraud prevention system to ensure the security of any personal or transactional information.  PayPal is an e-Bay company that is trusted world wide.  Altitude Headquarters will never receive your credit card information (PayPal transfers your payment to us) and you will not have to worry about your credit card information sold to a third party.

 

CAN I USE CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS?

     When using these methods, choose the pole vault item(s) on the order page (print out a copy) and send that form to us.  If you are paying with a check please allow an additional 2-3 day delivery time for the check to clear.

  

ARE THERE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS?

     Altitude Headquarters is committed to providing the highest quality pole vault products at a reasonable and affordable cost.  A 10% discount will be deducted from any pole vault clothing order over $100.  This discount does not apply to pole vault equipment.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

     Most items in the store are custom produced to order and may require 5-10 days for production before shipping.  Currently, we a using a 2-3 day ground delivery service to keep cost down.  We plan on offering a variety of delivery services to meet our customers needs in the future.

 

 

CAN I PAY BY SCHOOL P.O.?

     Absolutely, to use a school P.O. you will need to contact us at 1-800-697-5914 or 1-419-605-9659.

 

CAN I ORDER A SHIRT SIZE OR COLOR OTHER THAN THOSE LISTED?

     If you have a special request we will do everything we can to fulfill it for you.  Just e-mail or call us to arrange it.  Please note that some of these special orders may take a bit longer than usual to deliver and larger sizes will cost more.

 

WHAT BRAND OF SHIRTS AND SWEATS DO YOU USE?

     We use Jerzees & Badger, which are among the best garments we have seen.  They have great color selection, heavy weight, and are very comfortable to wear.  We would not offer them if we did not feel they were our customers best value.
